Yes am very happy because am in control of my life. I have great family and friends, a job I love even though it doesn't pay enough. I take life easy, get what i want when I can and if I don't get it, I accept that maybe I don't really need it.

I am nearly always happy but unfortunately I don't understand why. I am not hungry and I have a roof that keeps most of the rain out and I can light a fire and one day I will buy a telly so I guess that is it

95% of the time!
Being with the people and animals I love, spending time alone with my own thoughts, having a worthwhile job, and realising the world wont end if I leave the hoovering a day or two so why do something I don't want to do!

I am not happy so much as peaceful, because there are things I would change.
The things that make me happy are people-related, like my friends, and small things that make life worthwhile, like falling in love.
