I have the flu last night I had REALLY bad chills. How can I get better fast? I can't even go to work today :

what else can I do besides rest, tylenol, chicken soup and plenty of liquids? Does echinacea work?

Nothing works. Stay warm, drink plenty of fluids, take as many painkillers as you are allowed and sleep as much as you can.
