For me hands down it is the film version of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera. I can listen to that one over and over and cry every single time I do.

I love the Forrest Gump soundtrack. I don't consider it powerful but I like how the music fits with the era of the film. Another good one is O' brother where art thou?

The Crow had the best soundtrack ever. Last Action Hero is second.

I would have to say the soundtrack to Top Gun, followed by the soundtrack to Dirty Dancing.
