I don't recall seeing anything in print regarding the technique for composing and using the "Ben Franklin" list which bears his name. Where among his writings might this information be found?

A "T" form. He would draw a large T on a piece of paper, and on one side of the vertical line at the top write "pro" and on the other, write "con". He then would list the pro's on their side and the con's on the other. Which ever side had the most would be the decision maker.
