It took us 3 years to get pregnant. They told us NOT to have sex every day but, every other day. Let his sperm build up. Also, stop 'trying' to get pregnant. This is when it won't happen. When you quit worrying about it, then it will happen. The other thing I would say is that if you ahevn't gotten pregnant in a year, go back to your OBGYN and let them know. They can do a sperm count on your partner. It would help. Just make sure his levels are high enough. BUt just stop 'trying' to get pregnant, let it just happen. You don't get to choose when it happens :)

There's not really any tips, when your body is ready, you will get pregnant. Most healthly couples conceive within a year. Firstly try not to stress about it- i know it's easier said than done but the stress isn't good for your body! Also try to have sex every other days because if a male has sex every day it lowers the sperm count. Good luck,x

my hubby and i have been trying for 6 months to, i know how you are feeling but all i can say is we are normal, it will happen, just relax and let nature do the rest. the more think about it the less chance it will happen. ive have been having sex every other day as every day can kind of ruin the love making but if you are happy to carry on every day then you go for it. good luck xxx

My husband and i have been trying for a baby now for 9months.Try not to worry or stress as this can delay your fertility, also its not good to have sex every day but maybe every other day.Sperm can lasts for 4days once your partner has ejaculated inside you.So when you start to feel yourself ovulate then its the best time to have plenty of sex. Also their are ways to help you conceive like for instance ovulation strips to determine when you are ovulating,so check out your local chemist......good luck.

my doctor told me it is much better to have sex every second day rather than every day, because it gives your husbands sperm a chance to build up back up. he said having sex every day means his sperm count is slightly lower and by waiting an extra 24 hours means when you have sex more sperm is being ejaculated into you giving you a better chance.
