Under the Presidential powers part of the Constitution it states:
"and he shall have power to grant reprieve and pardons for offenses against the United States, EXCEPT in cases of impeachment.
So did President Ford violate the Constitution when he pardoned President Nixon after he was impeached? And if he did, did Congress and the Supreme Court violate their oaths to preserve, uphold and defend the Constitution allowing the pardon?

Nixon was never impeached, so no. Nixon resigned before being impeached, although impeachment was more than certain to happen had he not resigned.

Two U.S. presidents have been impeached: Andrew Johnson, the seventeenth chief executive, and William J. Clinton, the forty-second.

President Nixon was embattled over the so-called "Watergate" scandal, stemming from a break-in at the offices of the Democratic National Committee during the 1972 campaign. The break-in was traced to officials of the Committee to Re-elect the President. A number of administration officials resigned; some were later convicted of offenses connected with efforts to cover up the affair. The courts forced him to yield tape recordings which indicated that he had, in fact, tried to divert the investigation. Most officials and vice presidents resigned and some of them went to the jail. Faced with seemed as an almost certain impeachment, President Nixon resigned on his own, because knowing the whole administration broke the law except himself, but knowing about it was the worse thing for Nixon to live with and could not betrayed everyone involved which led him to the resignation. President Ford forgave him as if it seemed to be a certain pardon for Nixon to bring the healing process which America needed at that time. That is why President Ford was known as "graceful, and unity" President, which was also why bit confused to some people who not as strong in the subject of the United States history and thinking he pardoned President Nixon after "impeachment clique" of Pres. Nixon, but never had happened. President Ford was not a strong president, but only wanted to bring the good thing out of this country and a large than life person to some politic historians.
