PERFERABLY LIKE KNEE LENGTH MAYBE A LITTLE SHORTER.NOT THAT MUCH THOUGH.I LIKE BRIGHT COLORS,AND I NEED IT SOON!! SO ANY IDEA WHERE I COULD FIND ONE ONLINE????

OOH! A question that I can relate to! Well, I found a nice spring green dress at J.C. Penneys for my 8th grade graduation, and I also found a red one there for my uncle's wedding. They were both the length you described. Good luck!
