I'm a 24yr old mom, wife and a full time employee (9am-5pm) at a health insurance company. Lately, I've been very deppressed and too tired to do anything. I've tried to sit and write down on paper what might be wrong but I can't concentrate. At times I feel my job is too much for me to handle. I support 5 VP's as well as the CEO and COO of the company. I don't know why I feel so out of it. The only time I'm happy is when I spend time with the little one. Everything else seems like too much at the time. Should I maybe see a shrink or something? Thanks.

I think you're just experiencng life overload... you feel pressured to be good as a mother, wife and employee... you need to proiritise your life and decide what is truly important and what can be discarded or changed... also what makes you happy/ You said you love spending time with your kid... then maybe you need a job that gives you more time to do that... if finances are a problem then get a job that you can do from home, but still earn money... speak to your husband about how you are feeling, he may be able to make suggestions about how you can both get through this together... if he can, let him help with some of the responsibilities... also if this feeling doesn't change then maybe you do need to go and spaek to someone... it may be a medical thing /or a psychological thing so perhaps check out both avenues... perhaps you are lacking a certain mineral etc which could affect concentration and tiredness... hope that helps
