this is due to our hosting company's spam filter. They will not "loosen the belt" and switching hosting companies is risky at this point. Is there a way around this? Has anyone else experienced the same?

If your company is paying the hosting company a fee to provide internet and/or email service, wouldn't the hosting company have an obligation to provide your company with the serivce you need? Seems like your company could be losing revenue if emails aren't getting through. Isn't this an arguable point that can be made by your management personnel to the leaders of the hosting company?
