No it will not hurt him physically. He'll prbably be a bit nervous and won't probably last that long so you should help put him at ease and guide him. Teach him what makes you feel good and you should be on your way to awesome sex in no time. Think about it, you have a clean slate of a man and you can teach him to be an awesome lover.

men seem not hurt too much in their first time sex but so bad that women do. one exception would be that if he's uncircumcised and his foreskin is so tight that his glans can hardly get out of it when the penis erects, then that will cause pain to him (no matter it's first time or not or even in masturbation).
my bf is uncircumcised but his glans can easily get out of the foreskin when he masturbated younger. so his first time was not in pain. but he was so excited that he got premature ejaculation. it was my first time too so i just felt fine and fun with it. anyway it's getting much better for both of us after some years till now. viginity of your sex partner (no matter male or female) should be something that you ought to treasure if it is dedicated to you. you are indeed the lucky one.

No---he will quite enjoy it. Men don't have pain during intercourse unless there is some physical problem. If he cant retract his foreskin, or it doesnt retract over his head during erection, that might tear, but if he has no foreskin then that would not be an issue.

it may be uncomfortable the first time if you are not well lubricated...or if he is uncircumcised...use plenty of lube, be patient as he will probably not last longer than a minute and, go easy on him
