I can sympathise with you. When I was a child and adolescent, I had very bad skin problems (eczema and extremely dry skin). The skin on my lower legs (i.e., below the knees) is still very dry, as a result of which I have very, very, little hair there. In fact over the years, I seem to have lost most of what I did have (I am otherwise not that hairy, even though I have a full head of hair).
I saw various doctors and dermatologists when I was in my early twenties to see if something could be done, but the answer was always no. So I've come to accept it. But, as someone else has remarked, if you take a look around next time you go to the beach or swimming pool, you'll see that there are heaps of guys around with no more leg hair than you. It's not a sign of virility or manliness! Good luck.

Millions of men have hairless legs, its all down to genes, thats why some men have hair chests, some have moderately hairy and others are completely smooth. Legs are the same, don't worry about it, your no different to anyone else, look at the other guys legs when playing sports or something and you'll see that there are others who are smooth or have barely any leg hairs.

Nigel, it's genetics. If your dad had hairy legs or if the males in your mom's family had hairy legs, you are likely to have them too -- otherwise, you are probably a smooth fellow down there.

Hairiness has absolutley nothing to do with your masculinity. And lots of men don't have hairy legs.

And hairy legs are not all that great at times either. In the summertime when wearing shorts, it's like a person has to get the nerve up to do so -- yes, there's some admirers but also those characters who like to make fun of others too. (I have excessively hairy legs and I oftentimes wear jeans just to cover them up in the summertime.)

That is cool I have no hair on my legs and very little on my arms. Women love the touch of the smooth body of a man

This is only in the usa that women are expected to shave. If you travel to Europe, you will see most women with hairy legs and armpits. At first, it seems odd, even "yuk". After a while, you get used to it. After even more time, it seems sexy. Then you come back to the usa, get used to the shaved look, and the "hair look" becomes disgusting again.

Yes you have leg hair, just tiny hair. If you want your leg hair a bit thicker, shave your legs several time. Do it in some months, and you will see you leg hair grow.

Just try, it doesn't hurt.

It is normal but to be safe, have your heart checked and get tested for diabetes. Poor circulation to the extemeties can cause hairless legs.

Although very time consuming, have you tried using a Biro and drawing them in? The advantage of this is that you can get different colours depending on your mood.
