What would be a good project about the moon for science class?

How much time do you have. One thing you can do it to mark the exact location of the moon in they sky at the exact same time of night for say a month, or 6 months. Then you can track the moons movements. Let the students see that it moved in the sky every night, and has it's own orbit that changes every night. It is not always in the same place.
