Please Help... Why are certain bady parts keep swelling up on my husband he has already been to see 3- doctors

the body part will swell until it is about to bust...I thought it was something in the blood but 3-different doctors still cant figuare it out...Any advice will be help-ful....Different parts of the body such as heel, elbow, testicles, foot, toes, and today his tongue he could hardley talk this morning...Thanks in advance

Could this be an allergic reaction to a food ,drink ,soap or a drug?Has he seen an allergist/immunologist?
