I have a Rag doll cat and he is getting really old, now he is peeing on my clothes. He will jump into a clean basket of clothes and wee...then my Chi will hike his leg after him...I am washing my clothes 24-7 I need to get the scent out! They have been neutered so I know its not that, and NO I won't give my cat away....so do you have any solutions that will make my clothes smell better????

What has worked for me is to soak my clothes in the washing machine with a lot of baking soda and borax (like, at least a cup of each, sometimes you'll need more) for awhile, usually overnight. Then I add the detergent, a little more baking soda, and wash them. If it's REALLY bad, I'll need to do that 2x's but usually if you use enough baking soda and borax and soak them long enough it'll work. Don't dry the clothes until the scent is gone. That'll make it much harder.

You might try pretreating the stain or soak your clothes with "Natures Miracle". Then wash them in it. It is a little pricey but it does work and it doesn't have a smell to it. You could also try white vinegar (but the smell might stay in your clothes).

Buy the product, "Kids n' Pets," available at most large supermarkets. Find it in the household cleaning products aisle Works wonders for me.

Vinegar or a product called Nature's Miricale. You can find it at pet stores and it does work well!

I would try adding oxyclean to wash. Use vinegar in wash water and/or rinse cycle. Double rinse.
