No, no, no. Only negligent, improper parenting causes unnecessary anxiety about school.

A good parent would have their child above the learning curve for their age and will have them excited and ready for school.

Not to mention bad parenting can cause a child to lose self esteem and a general lack of sense of humor. This can cause them to post prudish answers of disapproval on Yahoo Answers on a question that was obviously asked tongue and cheek!

No since I never did go to kindergarten. i started school @ 1'st grade and that might be the rason that i never did good @ school.

Hell yeah! and not only that, I was also afraid to go to 1st and 2nd grade as well. Every day for the first 3 years of elementary school, I would hide, pretend I was sick, make excuses, make myself sick, etc. If I got better grades and the kids didn't pick on me that wouldn't've happened, so their fault.
