Personally, I won't shop Best Buy. If you want more details, msg me from my 360 page from profile. Otherwise, check out reviews on epinions.
I have purchased two laptop computers, as well as other major electronics from Circuit City and had good service, including exchanges. However, I understand for returns there is a re-stocing fee ... this may be true of other stores as well, so check it out before you buy anywhere.
If you have the ability to shop online, it seems some of the best deals are at the online stores like tigerdirect and newegg. Before you purchase, check a stores track record at the better business bureau and online at places like epinions.

I have not had very good service when it came to best buy, as have some of my freinds. Another freind of mine swears by gateway, tigerdirect.com, and there is this new site called newegg.com there prices don't seem to bad. Just look around.

It does not really matter. Go with the one that is the cheapest, and has the best warranty.
