It all depends on what you do, or don't have, in your stomach at the time.

I actually only threw up one day, most of my morning sickness has been nausea and dry heaves (meaning my body acted like it was throwing up, but nothing came out).

Mine came as liquid only, specially in the morning- even after having something for breakfast.
