no, you can only get that from someone who is infected..

No, none at all, the saying goes "the safest sex is sex with your hand" (something like that)
You can only catch HIV or other STD's through intercourse with somebody else who is infected as these diseases are passed through bodily fluids. If you are just masturbating alone, you have absolutely no risk of catching anything at all.

I have always been told that you will go blind but I didn't. I do wear glasses though.
