which function of management do you feel is the most important? why?

the fuctions are: planning, organizing, leading and coordinating

i would guess that coordinating would be the most important of the four . one could plan but if at the end the plan does not work is important to be able to coordinate people and resources as u need them the most . i also think that leading is important but if u lack coordination the leadership will not last for long . i believe that the second most important would be organizing but this one too requires coordinating and being able to do it when it is needed the most so i still would have to say than coordinating is the most important ... of course all of them have great importance and with out one of them all others would have little significance .
