settle pub arguement,getting mixed answers

For sure they can't take :-
The Tools of your Trade
The cloths off your back (but they can take other cloths)
Things you don't own 100% (for example, if you have joint ownership of your House with your wife) - however (I believe) they can place a 'charge' against joint owned property (so, for example, if the house is sold they can take your 'half' of the money)

Not sure about :-
Your Pension

Thinks they can take :-
All your savings, including any loans you may have made to others
Everything you own (including your Car, unless that is part of your Trade) - I believe they have to leave your bed, however other furniture can be taken.

Can't take your tools of work - which could include your computer but - do not go bankrupt as there are all sorts of problems
