In a class , except 18 all are above 50 years. 15 are below 50
years of age. how many people are there

there are many possibilities
total=x
x-18 more than 50
x-18-15 to account for below 50 i.e.x-33
there is no limitation on x??!

as per data
15 people are below 50 years of age
3 (18-15) people are aged 50 years as except 18 all are above 50 years
if x = number of people above 50 years
total number of people = x +18

Data is insufficient. I could work upto 15 below 50 years+3 of 50 years of age+x number of people above 50 years of age.
