Climate scientists from around the world gathered in Paris this week have announced that there is no question global warming is in fact man-made. My question is, what scares Americans more, the threat of a terrorist attack or global warming?

Both are terrifying and both are man-made.

Perception is a funny thing. Many of my friends in Latin America fear the US as much as terrorism, if not more. The report about global warming is troubling, but what is more worrisome is the refusal of many conservatives in this country to believe it. They keep saying that all these scientists are quacks.
Personally, I worry about both terrorism and global warming, but am really worried about how badly things are going in Iraq right now. I really wish we would have spent more time and money on Afghanistan rather than this black hole that is Iraq. But its too late now.

Yes, the news was quite disappointing on global warning. And where there is greed involved it will not change.

The threat of another terrorist attack is imminent. They are just biding their time. No doubt we have sleeper cell here in our Country ready to take-out an attack on the American soil.
We must be on alert. Watch your neighbors especially if all vehicles are from other States. Any suspicion contact the F.B.I., you do not have to give your name.

Terrorist, they are so unnatural and fast. Global warming is slow acting and somewhat in line with nature.

You mean we caused it or we're making it up? I'll have to read what they said.
