Right now it has compounded my stress but should technology find a way to eliminate the need for office phones once and for all, it would significantly reduce my stress. It is much easier to ignore and delete multiple emails than to take sales calls or other stupid and time wasting phone calls.

It reduces work related stress if it makes a difficult job easier to handle.

however Technology can cause greater work related stress when it does not function correctly, or if it is being utilized incorrectly.

i think technology makes and breaks people. kind of like the opposite sex, can't live with them, can't live without them......unless you're gay.
