Without a doubt Maurice Jones Drew. He has proven that he is the future of the Jacksonville running game.

Maroney or Jacobs. Drew will still have to share carries with Taylor next year and Addai doesn't have the stuff to beat out Maroney or Jacobs, plus he gets carries taken away by Rhodes.
Maroney has Dillon, but I believe Dillon is way past his prime and Maroney will get a good 75-80% of the carries, if Dillon even stays with the Pats.
Jacobs is a great goal line back and I believe he will emerge as a great every down back as well after Tiki's retiring. He had a chance to produce this year during some of the Giants drives and he preformed well. Jacobs is probably the safest pick of these four because he has not competition for carries.
Don't forget the great RB duo in Dallas with Jones and Barber III. I think one of these two will emerge as a signature back in the next few years.
Some teams that need to find a good signature back: Houston, Minnesota, Oakland, Tennessee (although they have Vince Young...lol), Arizona, New York Jets (they have a few decent RB's), Detriot

It will be interesting to see which of the running backs can put together a full season. If the G-men do not pick up another RB in the offseason like a Thomas Jones, and they use Jacobs as their feature back he has all the potential to best back of this group.
Joseph Addai is very good and in that offense he has great potential.
Bush is amazing. But still is not going to be a featured back with Deuce. I am the most curious to see how Bush does when he plays a full season.
Drew showed some great breakout running ability. I think with Fred Taylor sticking around next year that hurts him a bit as well.
Maroney is a very good back as well. Problem with him is the patriots spread the ball to all there backs.
Anyway you look at it these are 5 very solid backs who have great futures.

While Bush and Maroney are both awesome, I think it will be Addai because of the team he is on. Brandon Jacobs was not a rookie like the rest of these people and he kind of broke out a year ago. I don't think they will let Jacobs carry the ball all the time. The Giants may go for a RB in the draft and keep Jacobs as the third down back.

Watch the off-season. All of their stock will go up, but look for a Dillon or McAllister trade that would make Maroney or Bush worth a lot more--maybe the sixth pick. If that doesn't happen, Addai will be better than this year, Bush will too, Jones-Drew will be better than this year, but probably overpriced (I would pick him with about the 24th pick). You might be able to get Jacobs at a bargain depending on how good owners in your league are.

I think if Indy wins the bowl, they might stick with the 2 back committee. If it ain't broke... I also think that the Giants might pick up a RB on Draft day, to compete with Jacobs. Bush, Maroney, and Drew are all side by side with big contract RB's(Mcallister and Dillon,Taylor), which will continue getting touches. I think after all said though. Addai down the stretch has continued his progress into an every down back, which can't be said of the others
1)Addai
2)MJ Drew
3)Maroney
4)Bush
5)Jacobs

Oh gosh Jacobs will be a monster... Dillon and Maroney will still share carries.. Same with Bush and McCalister...
Now Addai will be a lot better but doesnt have as much physicallyity that Jacobs does behind a very good O line.
Go with Jacobs as top 10 rb next year I think he is going to be a monster. (hopefully he can catch passes too)

I'm going to go with a split between Jones-Drew and Addai. I choose Jones-Drew because once Fred Taylor retires from football, Jones-Drew will be used as the feature back in Jacksonville. As for Addai, he compliments the offense the Colts have very well, it gives Peyton Manning an option in case the pass is out of the question.

I'm a diehard giants fan. I would love to believe that as much as jacobs is probably the hardest man to straight up bring down once a defender has got his hands on him, that he would actually be able to do it 25 times a game at least. Maybe if jones-drew didnt average like 75 yards a carry lol. Each player here is going to have a good season, but sadly the least sure of them might be reggie bush. He just has not proven himself as an every down back. Although that really isn't a problem right now for the saints, considering deuce played very well.

In Order
1). Addai: With Peyton spreading out defenses, it will open more holes for him to be successful
2). Jacobs: He's already proven to be a goal line beast and with Tiki gone, he should see the majority of the carries even if they bring in a veteran to compete with him.
3). Maroney and Drew(tie): Dillon is on his last legs so look for Maroney to become the featured back and Drew may never be a true "featured" back but he will make the most of every touch and has the best big play ability.
5). Bush: We will see him continue to be utilized as a pass catcher and 3rd down option but with Deuce running like he is, I don't forsee him getting a full workload compared to the rest of this list(not to say he won't still put up good numbers, just in comparison to the above guys.

Brandon Jacobs should have the best season out of the RB's listed simply for the fact that everyone else on your list is going to be splitting time and carries with another RB. Addai and Rhodes, Bush and McAllister, etc.
