Nice romantic dinner and a beautiful lingerie set for BOTH of you. Not just you. When you buy something, get something for him too. A nice sexual dance with high heel shoes and candlelights to cap it off. This will drive him crazy and he'll give you a night to remember.

Fredericks has a lot of nice sexy outfits and the price is right. Victoria Secrets' outfits are sexy, but very conservative. Plus, they're a little expensive too.

Guys appreciate being spoiled as much as gals do. If you want to really impress him with how much he means to you, then you might consider the following:
1. Take him some place special for the day. Even if all you can afford is an economy motel in the town down the road, getting out of town for a day is always exciting. If there's somewhere particularly special to him, take him there. And, if you have the extra cash(or credit), splurge and get a jacuzzi room. Oftentimes, nothing is more exciting and memorable than a hot soak with the one you love.

2. Everyone loves a great meal at a great restaurant. Valentines is only once a year; go the extra mile and go someplace special.

3. Look like something. Men are primarily visual creatures. Get your hair and nails done. You might even consider getting a makeover...let's face it, the professionals know how best to do woman's face than most women do. And, this IS the occasion to wear that special dress that you only bring out once a year or so. Or, this is your chance to go buy something new! And, do be sure and get some sexy shoes while you're at it.

4. Gifts: If there is something he needs, perhaps a watch...then get the best for your man. Otherwise, the basic rule for gifts, when in doubt, make it meaningful and memorable.

5. Give the best of yourself and of gifts freely with great love and without expectation. When you can abandon your own expectations, then you can completely participate in making this the most extraordinary Valentine's ever. If this is truly about what you can do to make this the most special day, then don't feel slighted if perhaps he comes up a bit short by comparison. It only reveals just how good a job you have done in making this the best Valentine's ever!

Good luck and have great fun!

I hate Valentines Day, it have gotten outrageously over rated just like Christmas. It seems like you just got to buy and buy big on Valentines Day, the person with the most flowers and balloons get the most attention. In reality I believe that we should take that day where we express how we feel other than reaching into the pockets. Be creative not a show off, romance your spouse with pleasure, love, and sensitivity. Give them the world with trying to pay for it.

The one thing you can do is not to buy hime something but to spoil him. I really don't look at Valentines day the same way women do. Most guys just look at it as another day. So make him a card, bake him a cake, get him some flowers. Nothing over the top.We are very simple. As long as we have our woman by our side, we are fine.

well, aside from the OBVIOUS (wink wink)...

I'd suggest beer. maybe a twelve pack of Pilsner Urquel (very good stuff).

I think Valentine's Day is a joke though. Most guys could give a rat's tail about it. So if he doesn't buy you anything, he's a good man. He'll share his beer with you for sure.

You, better than any other living soul, should know this person and what he most enjoys. If you are without an idea of what to give to, or do for, the man, then who on earth would? It may be no more suitable to ask a question of that sort to men in general that to order him a one-size-fits-all suit of clothing.

I should like my wife to hold me close and say, "John, I love you more than life itself, and I give you all my heart on this day of love." I will do and say something of the sort to her, as I have for 16 years, and then we will go to dinner.

Most guys want to be the focus of your desires, if only for awhile. If you can find something that lets him know that, he'll be very happy. Guys get very unsure of themselves when it comes to VD. They know you expect something and are afraid they won't get the right thing so they usually opt for the basic flowers or candy. Otherwise, maybe tickets to see his favorite band or some other event that you wouldn't normally do with him that he would like you to.

Get a sexy picture of you and frame it , then get a box of chocolates for him. For the evening go and buy some sexy nightie and put candles all in the room and go from there.
