Apart from the forces and various fields we know scientifically, scientists are fairly inclined to theorize, that there are far too many cosmic fields, forces and phenomena, which we don't know, and many of these, are even beyond our sensory perceptions, despite all our instruments, which also, have to reduce all measurements, observations, etc., to sensory perceptions for us humans to perceive and comprehend.

I believe that your question has just given insight to the fith force of the Universe. See Einstein field equation and the Gforce in the Qauntum aether dynamics of Thompson & Bourassa.
This is a very intuitive question. Not many physisits have really questioned this.
Actually it is what you may call the force that explains all forces. It Unifies all the other forces. Einstein had it in his field equation and may not have realized it.

I'm not sure what exactly is being asked.
The forces in the universe are gravity, electro-magnetism and so on.These work over the entire universe but I've never heard them called cosmic forces before.

It sounds like some unscientific thing invented by some new age group. Scientifically, there's no such thing. No one including Einstein has found a theory yet which unifies the four known forces.
