Just wondering if I should go back to school, or if that associates degree is going to even mean anything???

Don't get your degree to make more money in the same job you are doing now. Get your degree to protect your future in case your current job ends.

Education leads to job security, and an Associates should just be the first step on the road to the Bachelors.

Companies give raises to those employees that work hard, figure out ways to save the company money (or make them more money) and deserve it.

Good luck

I doubt you'd get a raise just for being awarded a degree, but ideally you'd be equipped to handle more job duties, and that would get you a raise. The actual degree (of any kind, any level) means nothing unless you actually do some work to substantiate it.

Associates degree not usually enough. Bachelors.
