Stay healthy, fit and toned.
I'm 34 and I have three kids and I am still very toned and weight 130 pounds. I make sure my body is well taken care of.

When I get to see my guy, which is not often enough, if I really want to drive him crazy, I will wear a dress and heels, and make him wonder for awhile what is underneath it.
Usually I am going "commando", but by the time he gets to actually find out, it wouldn't matter if I was wearing body armor!
It is a fun and sexy game to play, because sometimes he doesn't get to find out till he is dropping me off at home, and then he has all night to think about it.

i shave and put on my fave outfit always makes me feel sexy
especially when a guy says how good i look. lets me know guys notice when us ladies look good

Let my hair down after a good hot bath. Everyone's mesmerized by my hair, since it's down to my thighs. It makes me feel more sexy when I have it down, verses the ponytail I always have. lol
I tend to smile and laugh a LOT when I feel sexy too.

i agree with the toning . when you look in the mirror and see that you achieve the best out of your body ( in a feminine way of course) it gives you a sense of contentment and pride. hence confidence ,hence sexiness.
