If this is a serious question from someone mature, I guess for me the only reasonable answer to that is to define for yourself what the word "sister" means to you and what behavior is inherent in a relationship thus defined. Therefore, if by "sister" you've defined a relationship with a female of any age, whether or not related to you by blood, then you've also defined the parameters of that relationship. If you merely want to practice kissing, for whatever reason, you could merely buy a large doll and use it for that purpose.

It depends from which country u belong mr.
If u r from a country where the culture allows it,then i think there is no harm.
But if u r from India,where we believe in evry little relation then please dont even think doing it.Bcoz at last u will be filled with guilty and grief.
