My day is in the most part absent of any music. I play the CDs while on Yahoo answers and I find myself going through many mood swings as some of this stuff I read really upsets me; but I do find somethings that make me laugh and it is time for the classics.
No. It keeps me alert, too many snacks make me sleep.

Always. Any type of music, no matter how loud. As long as I can hear it, I'm gone. That happens when you live in apartment above a bar :) and your boyfreind blares classic rock to drown out the pop coming from downstairs. lol

Yes, I've got a selection of Cd's that are aimed for night time & when I'm ready to drift off to the land of Nod. Mainly ethereal, ambient & classical, they definitely help.

i use to have to fall asleep to complete silence and darkness, but now i cant go to sleep without my radio on. it sends me to sleep and wakes me up, its like a perfect alarm clock, it wakes me up when im rested enough and then i just lay in bed waking up listening to music! cant sleep without it!!!
