Definately the GTO since I own one. The Dodge is dog ugly. The GTO looks great and with a few mods tears up the drags.

id go with the dodge, had way too much trouble with gm crap,and im a diesel engine mech.all of my vehicles are taken care of,and my dodges have been the best. also chevy is not the most winning.
