"In 1998, Renfro was charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana, but avoided jail time in a plea deal. In 2001, he was arrested and sentenced to two years probation on charges of trying to steal a $175,000 yacht in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a friend. The men forgot to untie it from the dock and it bounced back as they drove it away, causing damage. Residents caught Renfro and his friend, and held them until the police arrived. He was arrested again in May 2001 and charged with underage drinking. In 2002, he was charged with driving without a license and public intoxication. Both charges violated terms of his probation, and he was ordered into a rehabilitation program.

On December 22, 2005, Renfro was arrested for attempting to purchase heroin during a drug sting operation in Los Angeles's skid row section. He was charged with attempting to possess heroin, a felony in California. Renfro was ordered into drug treatment program in February after he pleaded guilty."

I'd like to know that too.I love his films(the client,the cure, sleepers,apt pupil,happy campers etc...) I totaly love him! I think he's not into drugs anymore,but I do not know if he's making films.He really has got lot of potential!Such a waste!Hope he'll start acting again!!!!
