and the mannequin would come to life when his hat was on, but he'd "freeze" again when the hat would fall off? There was also a creepy little muppety mouse that only spoke in rhymes.... I can't think of the name of this t.v show for the life of me, and it's becoming maddening!!!!! We're talking sleepless nights, cold sweats, jack and coke without the coke...... SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
