whta i mean if you get harrased and you don't say anything does it get any worse. has anything worse happen by having a myspace and people finding out about you.

I have a myspace and I have never been harassed by anyone. Sometimes people I dont know ask to be my friend and I deny them because I only use myspace to contact friends from high school that I lost touch with ot friends in the military. I dont talk to anyone I dont know on myspace. You can set your profile to private to help cut down on being harassed.

I keep my profile private, i don't accept random friend requests either. I try to only accept requests from people i know in person, or people I have been messaging who have similar interests.
I make sure not to have links to my profile on other sites. I also don't put any information about where I live exactly or where I work, or any phone numbers. I use an email address that is not connected to my real last name. I use a secondary IM account for putting online. I save my primary one for close friends.
If I don't like a random message I recieve, I just delete it. i can't remember if myspace has a "report" button, but if it does, I would use that.
