I put them on my spam list. I just don't get any emails from them. Whenever I want to look something up I just go on to the website without them harrassing me. I know what you mean. I always use to get stupid emails from them.

I am going to take you seriously. It is soooo easy to change your email address, that it is exactly what I would do!! And if you want to basically stay the same, maybe add a number somewhere to the email address you already have?? If they are making you crazy, figure out a new email address. It's not worth the stress of making them stop!! Good Luck!! @8-)

Look for an "unsubscribe" and click if they have one. Its usually at the bottom in really small letters. If you cant find one, try changing your email. Dont give your email out to just any website, because they give your email out to other websites. Sometimes I give out a fake email, unless they say that their going to email to give you access to a website, in that case I have an extra email, you can get one from Yahoo.com and you can use that email to recieve either junk mail or email that you dont really care about, then check it every once in a while, like once a week.

I've tried to do that for 4 years now...they won't. What happens is someone who was in your class in high school is a member and they want to contact you. So, all they have to do is put your name into a search engine, Classmates will send emails to everyone with that name and constantly bug the crap out of you until you join. They are also one of those wonderful internet telemarketers that buys email address from companies just to solicit you for money. Block their email address from your email and add them to your Spam filter and you shouldn't be bothered by them anymore.

Change your email..Its the only way to get rid of annoying spam. If you click on the Take me off the list link..its a trick..all you are doing is acknowledging to them that yes this is a valid email and they will send you even more span from related spammers.
You can also divide your regular mail and advertisement into two different inboxes. That way..You don't have to go thru all of it just to find your real mail.

can't ya just mark them as spam? keeps them out of MY mail! but i did use it for a while ,and it was worth a short time 'script if you're ever feeling nostalgic. i took a month ,and found tons of old friends, saved their e-mail addies and can now stay in touch.

if you look at the verrrry bottom of the email, there should be a tinnnny little button that says: "unsubscribe" or "email preferences" i clicked on it, reset my preferences to get no emails from them and now i don't!

if you open the message it should have a place all the way down at the bottem that you can click if you want to be taken off their mailing list

Go to the bottom of the page, and click on "unsubscribe". It happened to me too.
