Nothing to match the natural process of walking or doing exercise.We can not substitute anything by everything.
We can buy books but not knowledge.
We can buy beds but not sleep.
Similarly, morning walker can not be a substitute for a good 30 to 60 minutes walk a day in the morning or in the evening.
Machines can not substitute everything.Life will become a bore mechanically even for walking exercise.Not acceptable.Anybody with proven experience can throw some light about the usefulness of morning walker.

you can walk 10000 steps daily, if you wake up really early in the morning, but whats the point? you might as well burn that much of during that day to come!
