Just days before 9/11/01 someone purchased stock options on American Airlines and United Airlines. Why hasn't the American government focused on finding that person? It is my feeling, that is the person who could be responsible for 9/11. The person never came forward and took up the options. Why?

The options were for the stock to drop. If you do just a little research, you can find the information regarding the transaction. I am just curious how someone knew the stocks would fall.

It is suspected that this was done by somebody in Al Quaeda. I do not expect that much information has been released because we have been tracking financial transactions in order to find AQ operatives.

Anyone who purchased airline stock options prior to 9/11 would have lost a sizable amount of money. Due you mean they sold options? (or sold short) Regardless, literally hundred's of thousands of shares trade daily, you would have to have a specific suspect in mind to consider this activity as suspicious.

Why wouldn't they wait until the markets opened again and the stocks had plummeted? DUH you are saying they bought high and haven't sold low? Either that or they were expecting the attacks to RAISE the value of the stock, and they belong in jail because being that stupid should be a crime.
