Yes and No,... It depends on what kind of blue
If the blue is very dark... you might not want that to be ur hair color. But... maybe if it was a little light blue... it would be nice
BUT OVERALL: Blue shouldn't be a hair color at all~~~~ (sorry If I hurt ur feelings) But maybe light blue highlights would be.........

If you like it then go for it, your only young once! When you get older you wont be able to dye your hair blue because of work or because you will look silly, when I was a teenager I dyed my hair green and another time purple, it was fun! =) Dont let other people be judgemental of you for wanting blue hair, maybe they are jealous because they werent so gutsy when they were young.

My friend dyed her hair blue a while back. I think you should use stuff that washes out first to see if you like it. I don't get colored hair, but you know, for some ppl it looks okay.

Yes. Just make sure you have an extra bottle on hand for when it fades, because most blues fade rather quickly into a rather yucky grayish blue, making it one of the highest maintenence colors. Have fun!

I have a who had blue highlights and it looked very cool! And not like freak cool.
She didn't get them permanent but she liked it!
And it made her feel great!
Now one thing I don't get is..some of the people who answered before me..it's not your hair! and it's not your child's hair! If it makes her happy then go for it! No need to make fun of or give a hard time.

If you feel it suits you go for it. If you're not ready for blue yet, dye your hair a blue/black color. I dye my hair black, and people say that in some lights it looks blue.

i hate the color blue for hair. It sticks out and it's not natural. I know someone with blue hair and she gets made fun of all the time. I feel sorry for her, but it does look really bad

If she has a cool skin tone, yes. Purple suits warmer ones usually. So does Vampire Red--I had my hair that color once.

i don't like the dried out, bright blue hair that i see on people who don't know when too much bleach is too much bleach, but i do like the shade of blue that is really really dark and only shows up in the light.
