I've found too many things to list. Half my furniture, designer clothes, jewelery, thousands of dollars worth of stuff that I've sold online. Also, food. We hit up the grocery stores when they put their garbage out at night and gotten hundreds of dollars worth of groceries. A lot of it has a 'sell by' date of that day so it's not bad but they have to throw it out anyway.

I used to as a kid. I've grown up since though. I had found an old scooter and a few other things that stayed around forever.
I know adults who've managed to find cool stuff like furniture or computers - once 3 full comps at a time!

I go to thrift stores sometimes
once I found a real nice dresser and one drawer was broken but just in the joints I fixed it and used it for a long time. I go to thrift stores as much as I can (I usually do not buy anything,but if I see something that I can use I get it

back in 1990 (not anymore) we used to go to this thrift store.... god i got the most amazing dresses and jackets and and i found an old photography camera w/ bellows-sold it for $40 !!! i was only17-all kinds of fun goodies
