When the Chicago Bears win the Superbowl, they will return on Monday to Chicago and the parade will most likely be held on Wed. The city needs just a few days to plan the necessary resources. The parade of course will be up La Salle, similiar to the 1985 Bears parade and the 2005 White Sox World Series rally.
Offense wins games, DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS.

My assumption would be withing 2 or 3 days of the big game. Back when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (my team) won Super Bowl XXXVII. Their victory parade was held the Tuesday following the Super Bowl.
I think it's up to the city and when they can fit it in.

It will be the Monday after the Superbowl, 9am downtown Indianapolis. Tony Dungy and Peyton Manning will be co-grand marshalls and they'll be showing off their rings and new hats that say "COLTS SUPERBOWL XLI CHAMPIONS"
