1. Give an example, of a time when you actively defined several solutions to a single problem? Be specific with the situation, actions taken and the outcome acheived.


2. Getting the job done may necessitate unusal persistence or dedication to results, especially when faced with obstacles. Tell me about a time in which you were able to be very persistent in order to reach your goals. Be specific with the situation, actions taken and outcome acheived.

It's more or less impossible to answer these questions without knowing more about _you_ - they're questions that require you to draw on your own experience, to say what problems you've had while working in the past and how you overcame them.

For 1., you need to find a problem you faced in the past (having to get a project done by a deadline, for example) where there were different ways of tackling it. You have to say what the problem was, what ideas you had to solve it, how you chose the best one, and whether your solution worked in the end.

For 2., you have to come up with a situation where getting something done was difficult and required a lot of effort. For example, if someone told you that what you wanted to do was impossible, and you had to work hard to persuade them. Again, you need to say what the problem was, what the obstacles to success were (lack of money, lack of support from others, etc.), how you dealt with the obstacles and what happened in the end.

Try to find examples of these problems from your experience of work. If you can't think of any, try to think of something you've done in your spare time, like directing a play, starting up a club, or trying to engage in a fundraising activity, and the problems you faced in doing it.
