The Gregorian calendar has a mean length of 365.2425 days. (There are 146,097 days every 400 years in the calendar). This number is intended to closely resemble the length of the tropical year.
The current mean length of the tropical year -- the kind of the year that causes seasons -- is 365.242190419 days. The length of the tropical year is slowly changing, as a result of the earth's slowing spin.
This implies that the calendar will shift one day with respect to the seasons every 3230 years. Astronomers anticipate that either this is too small to be worth correcting, or that a correction to the calendar will eventually be made by dropping one leap year at some time in the future.

Both the earth and the sun both revolve around each other relative to the Barrycenter.
The Barry center is a dynamic point where all the planets revolve relative to it.
The period of revolution of the sun around the barry center is 365.24 days. Since both the motion of the sun and earth are relative the earth also revolvesaround that barry center with the same period as the sun which is 365.24 days. This motion is relative as observed from a star. So the period is called a side real year.

I think you meant 365.25 not 265.25. Either way the answer is no. It is 365.25 days, 9 minutes and 10 seconds. We throw in an extra day (Feb. 29) every 4 years called a leap year but we also skip a leap year every 100 years except for years divisible by 400. For example: 2000 was a leap year because it is divisible by 400. 2100, 2200, 2300 will not be leap years.

No, it takes 365.25 days to do that. Any moments longer than that, building up and adding together would take a hell of a long time to cause the seasons to reverse or even for the sun to rise at 2 am.
So, just count it as 365.25 days.

you recognize, that is a humorous component. you're astounding that some thing isn't unavoidably astounding merely because a majority believes in it. nonetheless, in case you have ever watched the coach Who needs to Be a Millionaire, you'll word that in the target market vote casting existence line human beings seem to finally end up with the astounding answer, by technique of the final public. i might want to say that on some thing extra observable to the each day man or woman and that's extra without challenge grasped in scope and comprehension by technique of the each day man or woman, the final public is in many cases astounding. some thing that often is in user-friendly words understood properly by technique of those who makes it a existence's artwork seems a lot less probable to be astounding by technique of the final public as they position self belief in those few persons for his or her tips; this makes you question if we are able to have self belief a lot of our medical progression being made even if that is dealt with by technique of a minority and disseminated all the way down to at least some thing else human beings, i might want to say that those days we've a much extra effective draw close of our life, have honed the medical progression, have extra balances in position to benefit works, have shown strong present day progression with the help of technologies, and are not as challenge to oppressive ideologies that hampers persons doing the artwork. for sure, i'm speaking about that that's evidential or data. Subjective innovations and emotions are extra complicated at the same time as it includes the final public. operating example, contained in the united states the final public believes in a god of a few form; in another countries the final public does no longer trust in a god of a few form. average, i imagine the international majority has a tendency to trust in a god of a few form. then you surely start up to cope with countries and wallet interior of countries of custom, etiquette, diverse eras, and so on.. It will develop into convoluted, to say the least. Subjective "correctness" is way harder to figure by technique of majority. no count number which the case will be, i imagine that is needed for human beings to question and picture for themselves, yet no longer outright ostracize themselves from society as that facilitates no-one.
