Sure, just put some waterproofing on them if you don't want you feet to get wet. It's not so much if it's suede or smooth leather, more how the boot is made, the treatment the seams have had and how the sole is attached to the boot.

I probably wouldn't do it. If you are just going out for the evening or something and want to wear them with an outfit, spray them with a really good suede protector (you should do this anyway). Especially focus on the bottom half of your boots. This will really help.

No, you'll ruin your pretty suede boots!!! Just wear tennis shoes to your car and into whatever building you are going to, and change into your boots outside before you walk in. Make sure you have a big enough bag to throw your other shoes into, and have a plastic bag to put them in so they don't get your bag dirty.

NO. They will get soaked and possibly ruined plus your feet will get so wet and cold. I wore my favorite suede boots to go xmas shopping once. It ended up poring rain and my feet were soaked by the time I got home. I let them dry but afterwards they stunk and had dried water spots on them. Don't get yours wet.

Its not advisable as the snow will stain the suede especially if there is salt mixed in.
