Most likely the current wife. In some instances, if he was married to your mother for more than 15 years, she may get part. If you are under 18, then she may get part in order to buy food, clothes, and provide house for you to live in. This would be her money to support you and not your money though. If you are under 18 and lived with him and the new wife, she gets the money in the same way to provide for you. If you need help, go to legal aid and they can answer your questions for sure and represent you for free if necessary.
