It is normal to go through periods where you don't feel pregnant. It can take time to start showing and many women do not start showing until the 2nd tri. You should start feeling movements by 20 weeks.

Don't fret, don't worry, don't stress. Your 15 weeks, you've got just a couple more before things start to really happen. I never felt pregnant with my first son, honestly enojyed it all but the last long never end month. But It grows on you, and believe me when you feel your baby move you will, most definetly feel pregnant and can't stop smiling about that little first tickle in your belly.
Usually you can start feeling movement from 17-20 weeks. That's what they say, I felt mine early , but not everyone is the same don't feel bad if you havn't. Really, everyone is different, no one has the same pregnancy, remember that! And your bump will probably start showing in a few short weeks, or maybe not even then. My first I never showed till I was honestly close to 7 months, so around 6 months I started showing,(I did have a small slight bump before but it was hard to notice) and I felt him moving around before then.
Being pregnant is a rollar coster of thigns to happen, you questin this, and that and wonder about everything, when will it happen, and honestly you just get a rounded number of about when it could happen. So I'd say around 17-20 weeks, maybe around then you'll have your bump, maybe later. Depends on your size and how you'll carry.
Sorry if that wasn't a straight forward answer, but I'm on my 3rd and I know never to really give a real time or date cause there's never really knowing , no one is the same you just get an "about" time frame to think about. The true question game, as if you didn't have enough to think about.
Congrats! And keep feeling for those tickles, or even hickups! Oh those are fun!

First of all congratulations
Its normal not to feel pregnant with your first You should start to feel movements from around 20 weeks onwards 9but dont worry if you don't it will happen) Everyones bump starts showing at different times with my 4th i didn't show until the last month I went from normal clothes to sporting a very spectacular bump over night (which would explain why the boy was 9 and half pounds)
You lucky thing with the morning sickness i was sick morning day and night all through my pregnancies
good luck !xxxx

That's normal. You probably need to wait another 3 or 4 weeks before you feel anything. Maybe as much as 6-8 weeks as it's a first baby. At first you might not realise you can feel the baby - I thought it was indigestion!!!
As for when you show that's for your body to decide. Around about now is normal, but some people continue wearing normal clothes until the last few weeks and others already look like the back of a bus. I was about 20 weeks when I first noticed that i showed.

Well, be happy that your morning sickness has passed. As for when your bump will start to show that will go on your genetics. Some will start to show their "bump" in as little as 6 weeks while I have a sister in law who with all three of her babies did not start showing until she was in her fifth month (and she is slim sz 3). Your first sign of movement can happen any time now. It will feel like gas, so it is kind of hard to tell it from gas and the baby. But in a few more weeks it will be come stronger and you will definately be abe to tell when the baby is a wake and when it is asleep. When you want to feel the baby drink a glass of orange juice and lay down the sugar going to the baby will wake it up and cause it to move around. But most first time mothers do not feel the baby until around 20 wks. Hang in there I hope all goes well with your pregnancy. Start usuing cocoa butter on your tummy, thighs and breast each day to soften your skin to minimize the stretch marks.

everyone's different some people hardly have a bump others are massive, have you had your twelve week scan yet, this should show you that you baby is already formed, usually it's about sixteen weeks you start to feel a flutter, but depends on the size of you to start with, sometimes if you are over weight you wont feel the baby untill much later, dont worry you will soon know what movement feels like, my babys use to get a foot stuck in my ribs that was later on and it was a very funny feeling, good luck to you just enjoy every moment of being pregnant, dont be in a hurry it will soon be over with then the real work start's.....

Since this is your first pregnancy you may not show till about 4-7 months. It all depends on your body. As with the sickness going away, fell thankful! It means that you are getting over the 3 month hump there. Its all normal, okay and just a part of pregnancy. Enjoy it! As to feeling the baby move, it should be anytime soon now. You may feel a little fluttery feeling inside you, thats movement.
Congrats to You, and Best Wishes!

Don't worry. With first pregnancies, most women do not begin to show until about 4 months. It wasn't until I was 6 months that I stopped feeling chubby and actually looked pregnant.
Also, the average for most women to start feeling their baby move is 18 weeks. Sometimes it's later for first pregnancies. I felt my daughter move at 15 weeks. It felt like butterflies fluttering around. It is a wonderful feeling.
I recommend "Your Pregnancy, Week by Week" by Glade B. Curtis. It's very easy reading and the chapters are short, but informative. I read that with my first pregnancy. I am 8 weeks pregnant again and reading it to refresh myself.
Congratulations and best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and baby!

you will not feel movement until 3-4 months along. Its very faint and you may actually not feel it until the baby is bigger. You need to lay down in a dark room with no sound and just concentrait on movement. It will feel like a flutter, very soft. You may not show until later in the preg. It depends on your size. I am very small and I started to show at 3 months, to me I could tell the change but no one else could tell besides hubby. If you are a larger lady you may not be showing until 6 months or later. My sister in law is a big lady and did not show at all through the whole preg. And the morning sickness, be glad its gone! You may be one of the few lucky ones that will not have to deal with it, and by not having any symptoms, it does not mean the baby is sick or hurt. If you have questions its always best to ask your doc!

Dont worry its normal for women to feel like they arent pregnant at this stage as all the symptoms of early pregnancy are gone. Enjoy it while you can im 29 weeks pregnant now and miss not feeling pregnant!! You should start showing in the next few weeks depending on your size. Most people dont start showing until the 4th or 5th month.
