Which bi-racial group are you curious about? In the 2000 census, the question of two or more races had different subcategories - total, hispanic or latino and another race, or non-hispanic -latino and another race. Most of Oregon is evenly distributed with between 2.4 and 3.9% of the county population being bi-racial, but I suspect that in the farming communities with the largest latino populations this would be the ones with the largest percentage - such as small communities like Dayton or Dallas.

If you count Native Americans as a bi-racial race, then the numbers change dramatically. For example, tiny McDermitt on the Oregon/Nevada border is 97% Native American. Coos Bay on the other hand has 2.3% listed as Native American and 3.5% as bi-racial. Knowing that there are no full blooded descendents of the local Native Americans in the Coos Bay area, the total number is probably close to 6% bi-racial then. In the even larger Native American areas, this number would be even higher.
