Never heard of any of them. Poor kid! It is not a good idea to let your drunken friends name the baby.

I don't know what any of them mean but I like Dayanara the best. It's the only one I've ever heard. It's a models name I think. Dayanara Torres or something like that. She used to be married to the singer Marc Anthony.

The first thing to remember when naming a child is that this new life will only be a child for 16-20 years. Then this person will be in the workforce for 25-40 years. What I thought about when it came to naming my daughter was how I felt when:

1. I was on the playground with other children, and they can be cruel when it comes to even the simplest name - Mine is Joi and even with the French spelling like mine they still came up with hurtful things.

2. When this child is in secondary school (jr. high to college undergrad) should they feel like they have to explain why Mommy and Daddy named them out of a sociology dictionary?

3. When the child is no longer a child but an adult in the workplace, will they cringe when their name is called over a PA system or a speakerphone?

4. When they are in their golden years, are the other seniors going to have to put both sets of dentures in to say your child's name?

I was very serious when I considered these things, even though they do have a comedic connotation to them, and the result was very good, or so I thought and so do others who hear my daughter's name...

First name - Angelique
Middle name - Michele-Juliet (after her father and great great grandmother)

I think I did a good job and she is just as beautiful as her name :-)

I think they all mean unemployed adult, but you might want to look that up to make sure. She is going to have to live with these names forever. Think into the future and really think if names like these are the best names for anyone.
