Where is the best place to get a graduate degree in architectural history in the DC area?

I want to get my Masters in Architectural History while working a day job, so I have to stay in the DC area. Any suggestions as to what schools have the best programs?

Not really in the DC area, but the University of Virginia has a great program in that small field of study. You may want to see if American University has something similar.
