I had a spyware problem recently.I have a couple of anti-spyware and anti-malware stuff and I cleaned up my PC.When I scan now,there's
nothing found, and the initial spyware is quarantined. Also,in the "processes" window of the Task manager there was something running which was obviously something that had to do with that spyware (I know all the processes that are running normally and also this appeared as soon as the spyware was installed). So I stopped it and deleted the corresponding file from the disk.

In the end everything seems to be ok, but people all over the internet tell that removing malware from your PC is not an easy story...
Is there a possibility that there is a spyware-problem in my PC even that AVG anti-spyware,AVG anti-virus,Lavasoft Ad-aware,and Spybot show nothing after the scan?!?!

If you have ran all that you listed and they found nothing then your prob safe. That process you said thats running may be fine. Malware and spyware and also virus sometimes mask thereselfs as real windows processes. Or they look very close so what your seeing is prob the correct file if youwould like to e-ail the process same I would be happy to check it for you. I would sya your fine

Sounds like you got it cleaned up. Some viruses and spyware are easier to clean than others. Just depends on what you got.

I doubt it as you would have noticed something by now just do regular scans with your software

It is possible but not very likely. Try using a program like Super AntiSpyware. http://superantispyware.com/ This should find anything you might have.
