That's normal. Nobody's right side is perfectly symmetrical with the left. I have the same problem. It's nothing to worry about. The longer you keep working out, the more even it will start to look as your muscles start getting used to the same weight and movement lifted by each side. Check yourself in the mirror and try to make sure that you are lifting the weight on the right at the exact same angle using the same movement that you do with your left. Practice perfect execution with lighter weights first before moving on to heavier weight once you perfect the movement. This will help even things out a bit. However, there will always be side that is slightly larger than the other whether it be arms, legs, chest, back or shoulders. Once you start losing more body fat, the difference in size will become almost unnoticeable (except for the bicep due to the difference in shape of the predominant arm from more movement).

Doctors commonly cover a patience eye when one eye is more dominant than the other. This forces the weak eye to get stronger and equally dominant. Chances are you are either right or left handed. Which ever side is bigger is probably the side you use most. Have you ever been at a social function and found yourself using this side of your body to face woman. If so your condition is in your head. You need to force yourself to work on your weak side.

Ive never had that problem. Ive never really seen that problem. Only thing I could say that may remedy the problem. Id go to a dumbell program. It will work each side out the same. I prefer barbells as they help to build more musle. But like all things in lifting some things work for some and not for others. I have buds in the gym who swears by dumbells. He is good size but, I dont think as strong because he dont do deads and like I said I think barbells build more muscle. Peace out and Good Luck...................

It might be that unknowingly your favoring one arm over the other when doing curls or bench presses its like riding a bike we sometimes push harder with one leg thus given the other leg less work .

Make sure the weight is being properly distributed when you lift. You might want to get a trainer to learn how to do it right.
